This walk between Gwandalan and Summerland Point is managed by the Gwandalan and Summerland Point Tidy Towns Group and the Central Coast Council.

As you walk you will see that many of the trees and larger shrubs have wooden signs. These were originally erected in 1992 by members of Tidy Towns and they are currently being restored.

The pages on this website have photos and text that will give you information about the larger shrubs and trees that are signposted, and also about the smaller ones that you will see in between them.

The walk has been divided into 5 sections to help you identify the plants.

Click on the Menu link to go to the list of plants or Next to see the plants in the order in which you will

encounter them. If  you start at Gwandalan Click on G Start Next below or if you are at Summerland Point, click on SP Start Next.

If you are using a mobile phone it may be better to view this in landscape and with Desktop selected.

Not all the plants that you will see could be included and there are many examples of most plants.  We hope to add more over time.

Enjoy your walk!
